Warm hello!

Hi Everybody,
As we get ready for a fun-filled week, I hope you are handling these cold temperatures with ease. I grew up in Chicago and cold didn’t bother me then, but today is a totally different story. This week will be more of the same, so please make sure your student has everything needed to keep them warm. Thank you.

Tomorrow is the last day of the 2nd grading period. Yesterday, I was working on your student’s grades, and I will be reaching out to some students in both classes for missing assignments so those empty boxes in my grade book have an average. Grades are fine, but I want to try and bump up some of the final averages.

Since I will be up late tomorrow night and want to enjoy the festivities, there will not be homework Monday or Tuesday from me. There will be ample time in class to complete all work before we leave school Monday and Tuesday afternoon.

I hope you are enjoying this new format of finding out the latest news from me and others from our great school. Take care and GOOOOO DAWGS!!!

Cheers!
