Good Morning Families,

KUDOS to all our families for 100% participation in parent -teacher conferences! It was a good opportunity to catch up since I do not get to see all our parents at car line time.

If your child missed school Thursday and Friday, we learned the many ways to keep healthy….eating right, plenty of sleep, exercise, keeping clean especially hands and covering your sneezes and coughs. We made two crafts portraying these ideals: eating a balanced diet and washing our hands.

This coming week, a dental hygienist will pay a visit to show our class how to care for their teeth. We will also cover the letters, Ii and Jj. Let’s not forget to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday by sending in a book written by him on Monday. Please write your child’s name in the book and we will return it on Friday. During book time, the children will be able to look through different Dr. Seuss ‘books!!

Happy Birthday to Alex who turned 4 on Thursday!!

A BIG round of applause to Claire St. Jean, Gabby’s big 6 yr. old sister, who read 3 books beautifully with expression to our class on Friday! WAY TO GO CLAIRE!

Have a nice week ahead.
Wanda and Leslie
