Mar. 30th- Early 1:00 Dismissal

Apr. 2nd-6th- Spring Break

Apr. 16th-25th- Standardized Testing

Apr. 26th- Roman Day Celebration

Apr. 27th- Field Day

Important Notes:
Roman Day Celebration- One of the third grade traditions at Wood Acres is Roman Day Celebration. Your child will need a costume which you can make, or purchase for the day. Parents and siblings are invited to join the festivities in the afternoon beginning at 1:00 on April 26, 2018.

What’s Going on in our Classroom:
Reading: Next week we will take our final test and work on an in class project for The Tale of Despereaux.

Spelling: No spelling next week.

Vocabulary: No vocabulary next week.

Math: We have begun our unit on decimals.

Grammar: We have started our study of pronouns.

History: Students continue their study of Rome. Please feel free to ask questions if you need help, advice, or ideas for the Roman Gods and Goddesses.

Science: We are beginning the Solar System.
