Look what’s hoppin in our class this week!

This week, our unit of study is reviewing letters I through p and the theme or the week is animals that hatch for an egg. For review week, we will play a few of our many favorite games. The alphabet mystery box and the bean bag letter toss. For creativity, we will create a chick that hatchs from an egg, sequence to a chick that hatches from an egg. We are also hatching a dinosaur from an egg. The children do not know what’s going to hatch from the egg so please keep it a secret.
We will be observing this egg for the next few days and discuss what happens when it hatches.

Friendly reminder;
Picture day is tomorrow. If you would like to get your child’s Spring pictures, please send in your form with a method of payment.

No letter bags will be sent home this week due to review. However if your child would like to bring In his/her favorite toy that begins with the letter I or P, they are more then welcome to do so to share with the class on Friday.

We would like to welcome Mr. Ewan who is our mystery reader this week. We look forward to hearing some of London’s favorite books.

Pajama day is this Friday. Wear you me favorite pjs to school.

Early release is this Friday during carline time 12:45. Lunch will be provided.

Spring break is April 1st through 5th. We will resume back to school in April 8th.

Spring egg hunt is April 17th . Please provide 14 plastic eggs filled before April 17th. Thank you. If you need some help with this, please let us know and we could be more then happy to help out.
