MARCHing into Spring

Hello hello everyone!

We have been busy busy bee’s since December. We are now on our 7th story in our Happily Ever After pre-reading program- can you believe it? We only have 3 more to go before we end our school year! We have done 19 of 26 letters so far this year and just finished this week with letter v- they have done Very great! We move on to letter Z next week, while continuing with our story Tug of War for H.E.A.
We are moving right along in our math program and have been working hard this week with length and height. A fun game we have been doing in class is giving each student an object and telling them to go find something either taller, shorter or longer than the object they have. They absolutely love it- I suggest trying to play something similar at home!
Next week we celebrate Dr. Seuss’ Birthday with a different theme each day! You should have received a flyer earlier this week explaining what each day was. If you need a second copy, please reach out to me!
Finally, you should have received and email today from Nicole Hankamer about protocol for the Coronavirus if it makes it to Atlanta. If you did not receive this email, please let me know so we can make sure you are getting updates via the school.

Thank you all so much for meeting me with these past few weeks for conferences. It is always so nice getting to talk to you all one on one!
I hope you all have a great weekend ahead!
See you Monday!
