Just another Spring Hump Day at the Wood Acres🌸🦋🐞🐥🐥🐥🐇🌈🌈🦄

Hi Families,
We hope all of you are having a great week thus far. The beautiful days here at Wood Acres has definitely hightened our awareness of Spring. We have been exploring our campus using our five senses (this is how we learn best)! We can hear the birds chirping all over the Woods, touching slimy worms on the playground, and smelling the beautiful flowers. #ALLTHINGSSPRING! Not only are the flowers growing, but so are we. Our fine/gross motor skills, cognitive, and self help skills are developing each and everyday day. We hope you enjoy the pictures from this week. As always, thank you Wood Acres Two’s families for all that you do to enrich our learning program.

Educationally Yours,
Ms. Nixon and Mrs. Biter☀️☀️☀️🦋🐇🌈✌️😎

Happy Hump Day Families,
We are only mid- way through our school week and already having a blast! We are still learning and exploring all things Spring. We have been busy crafting, playing games, and learning new fingerplays. We learned how to play DON’T DROP THE EGG, which required us to exercise our fine and gross motor development. We enjoyed a exciting science project, thanks to Mrs. Lobdell (Wood Acres parent from Mrs. Ingram’s class) for inviting all of the Wood Acres Two’s to participate in the festitives. A very special thank you to our very own Mrs. Sangeetha Ramavrthy for teaching us about the traditions of India’s New Year…which by the way was April 14th! On that note enjoy the pictures folks😎!

Welcome Back Wood Acres Families,
I cannot believe we are into the last seven weeks of the 2018-2019 school year. Hopefully everyone had a relaxing Spring Break! We are thrilled to welcome all of you back. It is rewarding to see the children are back and eager to learn. This month we will be learning about all things Spring. We have been busy this week crafting, singing, listening to stories, and of course exploring our very own Wood Acres Campus looking for signs of Spring. Our conclusion…Spring is definitely here! Enjoy the pictures and be sure to stop in the office to inquiry about our Wood Acres Summers Camp.

Happy Hump Day!
