We would love to meet with you and your family in person to gain an understanding of your child’s needs and interests, and to share our school’s true experience. Please contact us to connect with our Director of Admissions who will assist with any questions you may have and schedule your visit. Contact Us Visit Visiting us is the best way for us to get to know your family and show you all that we have to offer. You will meet with our staff members who will be able to show you around the campus and address any questions you may have. Tour appointments can be scheduled on Tuesdays – Fridays at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 am. Tours last about 45 minutes to an hour and a lot of the tour will be held outside. Apply After your visit, you may complete our online application form. Complete the application and submit with your $75 application fee. Apply Now Transcripts All students need a birth certificate and unexpired GA Immunization form 3231 for application. See below for teacher recommendation and record request forms. All forms should be signed and then shared with current school/teachers. Completed documentation should be emailed to admissions@woodacresschool.org. We will work with you to collect your child’s documentation. Preschool (One needed for Pre-K only): Teacher Recommendation Kindergarten–4th Grade: Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation (two needed) 1st–5th Grade: Teacher Recommendation (two needed) Student Records Request 6th–8th Grade: Teacher Recommendation (two needed) Student Records Request Assess Preschool (Intermediates and Pre-K only): Upon receipt of your completed application, our Admissions Coordinator will contact you to schedule a 60-minute assessment and send you a link to pay our non-refundable $75 assessment fee. Assessments are held on Saturday mornings in February, March, and April by appointment only. K–8th Grade: Upon receipt of your completed application, our Admissions Coordinator will contact you to schedule a 60-minute (K–4) or 90-minute (5th–8th grade) academic screening. We will also send you a link to pay a non-refundable $75 assessment fee. Screenings are held by appointment only. Shadow Our Admissions Coordinator will contact you as soon as your student has completed their academic screening to schedule a shadow day. Shadow days will be held during the school day. Students applying for 1st–3rd grade shadow for a half day. Students applying for 4th–8th grade shadow for a full day.
