We help our students get ready to learn and grow by using fun, well-researched lessons designed just for them. They explore literacy, math, and the world around them. They also enjoy art, music, science, foreign language, physical education, and playtime outdoors! Our students have fun playing and making friends, but also learn so much. They do more than just learn colors or routine step counting. They discover exciting ideas and new things every day. At our school, we celebrate the magic of childhood and the joy of learning. Watch Your Child Grow With Us Slide 1 Slide 2 Slide 3 Two Year Olds – Beginners Our youngest students learn all about themselves, their feelings, and their growing world. At the start of the year, students use words like “me,” “mine,” and “no.” By the end of the year, they proudly say things like “I do it,” “we,” and “yes.” These simple words show how much they grow socially, emotionally, and physically during this special time. In our safe and nurturing classrooms, our experienced teachers help each child thrive. Our curriculum builds important skills in ways that are fun and easy to understand. Classic children’s books are part of every day, making learning more relatable and engaging. Because children grow and change at their own pace, we adapt to meet their needs. We help each child learn and explore without pressure. Every child is seen, valued, and encouraged. Three Year Olds – Intermediate Three Year Olds – Intermediate Children are naturally curious. Our program helps them explore the world in ways that feel exciting to them. We create spaces where they can ask questions, try new things, and use all their senses to learn. Our students make strides in their reading, math, physical, social, and artistic skills. They also start to develop strong friendships and learn how to be part of a community. At Wood Acres, we focus on making learning joyful. Through stories, games, and hands-on activities our three year olds grow socially, emotionally, and academically. By working together and contributing to the classroom, they gain confidence and pride. Four Year Olds – Pre-K Four Year Olds – Pre-K In our Pre-K program, children take their love of learning to the next level. They practice writing, counting, and speaking. They explore art, music, and Spanish. Hands-on activities let them play and learn at the same time, sparking their creativity and curiosity about the world. Each day, they work on important skills like teamwork, problem-solving. They also enjoy activities that build their physical development and expression like art, music, and the cadence of the Spanish language. By the end of Pre-K, our students are well-prepared for kindergarten and ready to take on new challenges.
