After School Programs

The Wood Acres Chrome Ensemble shines, glitters, and glows just like the Chromatic Scales! No auditions necessary-just a song in your heart and the enthusiasm to perform! Chrome is open to students who love music, enjoy singing and playing, and have an interest in performance!  Performance repertoire includes many styles.

What’s For Lunch young chefs will love working alongside classmates to create everything from basic wholesome snacks to complete meals that the whole family will enjoy!  Rodger Rodgers, the owner and head chef of What’s For Lunch, will offer these hands-on classes to encourage kids to get involved in the actual preparation, cooking and cleanup of their food as well as enjoying the end product.

Kids TV is a filmmaking program that allows the voice of kids to be heard.  Through Kids TV, kids acquire the practical and technical training needed to transform their imaginations into reality.  Kids TV creates a fun learning environment for the kids of today to become the filmmakers and producers of tomorrow.

A sport season introducing students to basics and fundamentals of youth sports.  Including flag football, field hockey, t-ball, kickball, basketball, hockey, and golf.  Students will be encouraged in group and team play, active lifestyle habits, development of character values, and more!
